I am sure you are wondering “well, what does she eat in her almost paleo lifestyle diet”.
Here I will post some of my favorite recipes. They are simple, do not take a lot of time to cook or bake and you do not have to have some strange ingredients that only go into one recipe.
I do not like to cook food that uses an ingredient only once – simply because you either cook that dish again and again until you finished said ingredient, or it sits in your pantry and goes bad.
I rather stick with some staples like almond flour and coconut flour for baking, and flax meal for pizza and crackers. I use either butter, coconut oil or olive oil, as for milk I use coconut milk or heavy cream in recipes.
We eat a lot of fresh vegetables, so I always have them at hand, and summer is the time for fruit, so I have that readily available too.
Chicken, beef and fish usually rounds out our meal.
